On the Rocks 4x4 welcomes new members. Prospective members are encouraged to come to our monthly meetings and are welcome at most of our runs and events. Note: Anybody wishing to join an OTR event must sign a liability release form (see below), and their vehicle must meet the Cal 4 Wheel Safety requirements.
Before a new member is accepted, they must meet the new member requirements. This helps us get to know them and helps them get to know us, too.
Once accepted, the new member will receive an OTR sticker for their vehicle and the option of buying t-shirts and other OTR memorabilia. They also enjoy all the benefits that come with being a Cal 4 Wheel member.
