These have been the shortest trip reports given in a long time.

Let's do one that we can put on the web page.

Most everyone was there by Friday afternoon, except Keith and Carter's who took the long way by the 58 and almost got blow off the highway. They arrived around 1am.
Those going were:
John and Nova
Rich and Corkey
Ric
Mike and Laura
DuWayne and Tina
Kris and family
Carter's
Keith and Alex
Dan and family

Friday afternoon we decided to go up Odessa. About half way up the road is washed out. Evidently last week a friend of Rich's rolled in the spot. Rich tried it a afew times but the pucker factor was pretty high and we turned around. We all agreed it needed a stick of dynamite.
Saturday we left around 9 and headed to Duran. As mentioned previously, Keith made it through without a string attached. I think it was luck. The rest of us needed strings. All of the stringed were pulled forward through it. One had to be pulled backwards with a busted drive shaft (hoping for a busted Dana 30).
The rest of the trail was fun and we made it to the mines at top around 12:30.
Lunch was either in the jeep with the engine running or in the mine, out of the wind. Considering Odessa's condition we headed back down the trail to camp for a few beers and Margarita's in Rich's roomy trailer where we sat around and chatted. Prior to getting back to camp, it appeared Rich's alternator dies and so did his jeep. After charging the battery with Kris's car we finished the trail.
At dinner we headed down to Peggy Sue's. My head count was 20.
Sunday, Mike, Keith, Ric and I head back up Duran to play in the rocks and find a trail Rich had talked about. I managed to bust a front ujoint going through the first rock pile and we spend the next 1 1/2 hours getting it out of the rocks. Took two winches to pull it out. Mike says he has pics.
Once out, we headed back, loaded up and left. The wind had really picked up in camp at that time, but the drive home was relatively calm.

Did I miss anything?
And Rich lost his wallet. Found later at home in the cooler.
